To search for health centers in a particular State or county:
Click 
to display the State and County selection dialog,
if it is not already shown.
Choose the State to search from the State: drop down list.
If you want to narrow the search to a particular county
within the State:
Use the County: drop down list to select a county. This list is automatically limited to the counties in the State you selected.
Please refer to the topic "Search Result Format" for information about the options available for viewing and working with the results of your search.
When you are ready to start the search, click the 
button.
